This beautiful house has five lovely bedrooms, of which all open out onto the terrace or garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a separate laundry and a scullery for added convenience. It opens out onto the outside entertainment area, making it ideal for entertaining.
The lower living space has a comfortable lounge, a TV room and a dining area. This space also leads out to the terrace and braai area. The house has a large bar area, a cellar and a library which opens out to the pool deck.
The property is conveniently located close to many beaches and restaurants. There are also many attractions in the area including the Featherbed Nature Reserve, the Birds of Eden Sanctuary and the Elephant Park to name a few. Guests could also choose to stay at the house and relax in the rim-flow pool while appreciating stunning views of the lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains.
