The Lagoon Flat, 53 Nkwazi

Situated on a beautiful, large, lagoon front property, The Lagoon Flat offers a cozy unit for a small family. The property houses 2 units, The Flat and The Boat house and offers direct beach and lagoon access. Whilst one cannot launch from the property, one can use the formal lagoon launch site and moor in front of the property if the lagoon is full. The property offers lagoon and beach views and share a pool (not netted), pool furniture supplied. The unit is serviced daily at no extra charge. The Lagoon Flat provides all linen, please bring your own bath and beach towels, there is a flat screen TV with dish, please bring your decoder and card. (not PVR/Explorer compatible, obtain a holiday card & decoder). The property is well secured with fencing, gates and beams, whilst there are no garages, secure parking with in the gates is provided. Laundry can be arranged with the onsite staff, a levy is charged. The Lagoon Flat has an open plan lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Kitchen: Microwave oven, gas hob, electric small free-standing oven, fridge/freezer and all cutlery and crockery. There is a small balcony over looking the lagoon with furniture and braai facilities. The unit has 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with double bed and 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. The bedrooms are serviced by one bathroom with shower, basin and bath. There is a separate toilet. The Lagoon flat is not suited for someone who battles with stairs or steep walking. Small children must be watched at all time.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 2 nights. Mid-season: 3 ? 5 nights. In-season: 5 to 7 nights. Peak season: A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year. Alternatively: 10 nights leaving by the 27/12 OR 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th or 29/12 onwards. Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 5 - 7 nights) will be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
