Located on the banks of the Zinkwazi Lagoon you will find ?The? Lagoon House. A modern, luxurious, upmarket home in excellent condition. This home will ensure you holiday in splendour.

?The? Lagoon House is beautifully furnished and it accommodates and encourages in-door-out-door living to the max. It has lagoon and sea views and direct access to both. There is a private slip-way into the lagoon for all your water toys when the lagoon is full, (register with ski-boat club).

?The? Lagoon House offers several large furnished decks, a stunning rim-flow pool, DStv Wi-Fi, two staff members to take care of the house whilst you relax, a separate teenage pad, pool, and table tennis tables. It comes fully equipped and sleeps 18 people comfortably. Max 10 adults and 8 children.

Bottom floor: Here you will find a large, spacious living area which provides an open-plan kitchen, dining room, formal/TV lounge, and guest loo. Kitchen: Large gas stove (hob and oven), double door fridge freezer and all cutlery and crockery. Off the kitchen there is a scullery with an electric oven and hob, large amounts of cupboards space, extra side by side fridge/freezer space and a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The formal dining room and lounge/TV room has stack doors which open onto a comfortable undercover patio with furniture. The Patio which has stack doors of its own ensures that the living area can be enlarged and shielded when the weather is not great. Here you will find a built-in bar, comfortable lounge furniture, a casual dining area, and pool table. When the weather is beautiful, which most days in Zinkwazi are, you can have the patio completely open.

This patio flows onto a large spacious deck and pool with ample pool furnishing for lazing in the African sun. The pool is private to the house (not netted). The deck has a casual seating and braai area with a large gas braai supplied. This house is not suitable for small children who cannot swim. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed downstairs, it is on-suite with a toilet, basin, and shower. This bedroom has direct access to the front patio which can be enclosed on windy days.

Upstairs: Off the passage, one finds four bedrooms. These bedrooms all open onto a spacious balcony with furnishings. There are two main bedrooms at each end of the house. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and is en-suite with bath, basin, shower, and toilet. The middle two bedrooms with queen-size beds share a bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, Air-conditioning, hangers, and all linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. The house also provides bath products and cleaning products.

Off the bottom deck, there is a large casual TV lounge with a table tennis table. It has an en-suite shower, toilet, and kitchenette. This is where the teenagers hang out. Separate from the house, with an exit right at the main entrance is a dormitory with four sets of bunk beds, this room is ideal for eight children/teenagers and is en-suite with shower, toilet and basin.

The property is secured by partial walls, an electric gate, alarms system, beams, and armed response. Parking is inside the walls, but open.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
- Out of season: 2 ? 5 Nights.
- Mid-season: 3 to 5 Nights.
- In-season: 5 to 7 Nights.
- Peak season: 7 to 10 nights.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Admin fee: once-off.
- Live in maid levy: x 2 @ this property.
- Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if no breakages are found.
