In the Village of Zinkwazi, we have a beautiful security estate not far from the beach; it is known as Nkwazi Ridge Estate. The Estate is tranquil and safe. It is ideal for walking and for children to ride their bikes under parent's supervision. There is a clubhouse, two pools and a tennis court to which guest have access.
317 Nkwazi Ridge Estate is a spacious and fresh, newly renovated private home. This house is well equipped and will offer you a safe and comfortable family holiday. This double story house is located very close to the pool, picnic spots under the trees around the pool, clubhouse and tennis court. 317 has large verandas and balconies and the entire house open onto these spaces. The house has DStv and is serviced. There is a large built-in braai with easy access to kitchen and dining room. There are no garages, open parking on the property only. There is 24-hour security guards, strict control access to the estate and the estate is walled and secured with electric fencing. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
All bedrooms have two single beds with converts, so any room can either be two single beds or one king-size bed, please advise what you would prefer on booking. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large built-in cupboards, hangers, linen, bath and beach towels are supplied and open onto balconies or verandas.
The bottom floor has a large and spacious living area including a lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, a large side by side fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery. On the bottom floor, you will find two bedrooms. Bedroom one has access to its own bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
On the top floor, you will find a reading corner and three bedrooms serviced by two bathrooms. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, toilet, basin and shower. Bedroom two and three share a bathroom with toilet, basin, bath and shower.
