The Big Fig Inn offer stop-and-go accommodation for motorists and travellers who arrive late and want to leave early. The owners pride themselves in the many indigenous trees on the premises that attracts birds for food and nesting opportunities.
All nestled under a Big Fig tree, guests will find overnight accommodation in air-conditioned chalets, or at the camping site. There is a communal braai area for late nights around a warm campfire; also known as ?Jan se Kuierput'. The on-site Big Fig Café that serves delicious breakfasts and light lunches throughout the day. The convenience store would provide you with all the basic supplies and necessities.
There are many activities happening at this oasis, feel free to come in and enjoy the good company and become acquainted with the bushveld hospitality.
Please note, this establishment is semi self-catering. It has communal braai facilities and a communal kitchen available to guests. The kitchen does not not have a stove, it has an electric frying pan and a microwave. Guests will also need to bring their own cutlery.
