This is a large family home positioned in the heart of Constantia, with the Table Mountain National Park bounding this leafy valley on two sides, with the cradle of the Cape's Wine industry on your doorstep.

The house consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms of which two are en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, a large formal lounge area with a fireplace, a sun room, and a lovely dining area.

There is a large outdoor entertainment area with seating, as well as a swimming pool and sun deck. The house is serviced during the week and is fully alarmed with 24-7 security guards stationed on the grounds.

Embrace Constantia's country pace while taking a leisurely stroll or a horse-back ride along the winding greenbelt trails. Play a round of golf, a game of tennis, or discover the beauty of fynbos along the mountain paths.
