This is a beautiful self-catering house situated in the charming village of McGregor, with lovely garden- and mountain views.The house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms of which two are en suite, a fully equipped kitchen, a double-volume living area and a mezzanine study area. Guests can relax on the spacious patio area with outdoor furniture, overlooking the landscaped gardens and swimming pool.The Kite House is part of the Mira Development and is a private sanctuary. Please be respectful and honour the silence of the communal gardens and the owner's holiday home. Due to this we do not allow parties or large group gatherings.There is an enclosed courtyard with a water feature, as well as a front courtyard with olive trees. Strictly no pets allowed.

Beautiful House but by

This was the second time that we stayed at the Kite House, the house is beautiful and a nice space to relax and entertain. The second time around there was a few things that detracted from our stay: 1. When we arrived the veranda and outside furniture was covered in bird dropping (old and fresh), which we had to clean up to make use of the furniture. 2. The grass was long and the garden was overgrown with weeds 3. We could not make use of the pool (one of the reasons why we had decided to stay at The Kite House), due to the pool being murky and dirty. It also became apparent that the pool was leaking and the water level had dropped considerately. 4. The water in the main house was cold and we had to take cold showers and boil water to wash the dishes (this was also a issue that we had experienced from our previous visit) If not for the list above, we would have had a perfect weekend at The Kite House. I will think twice before booking the Kite House again in the future.
