The Library

This stunning and modern house is placed near to the main road in Franschhoek. The house is an entertainer's dream and offers many modern conveniences for guests to enjoy. Located in an excellent wine region, food and wine lovers will be in their element.

There are two bedrooms in the main house and a third one in the pool cottage. All of the rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, as well as under-floor heating and air-conditioning for added comfort.

The upstairs living area is divided by a stair case into a comfortable lounge with snug sofas around a fireplace. On the other side is a dining room and the modern kitchen equipped with Le Creuset equipment. The outside patio has a second dining room table with a built in braai.

Outside is a wonderful garden with a swimming pool and loungers where guests can bask in the sun. There is also a security alarm and off-street parking.

Franschhoek is the food and wine capital of the area. The streets are lined with fine dining restaurants and the valley is covered with beautiful vineyards. Guests can explore the land by car, on foot or by bicycle.
