On the coldest day/night of the year so far we had no hot water when we arrived there at 6pm. We have two small kids (3 years and 7 months) and was not able to bath them. The next morning at breakfast we told the lady (after me and my husband was forced to have cold showers) and the response was "huh". after we waited for 15 - 20 minutes just to ask if we would like coffee at breakfast we just left.
