This apartment is situated in a complex on the inland side of Compensation Beach road. There is a great sea view from every room except one bedroom. It is situated across the road from the main beach. It is next to the Boulevard shopping center - which has a friendly grocer and other shopping facilities and the famous Mozambique Restaurant - across the road from the main Ballito bathing beach.
There are 2 bathrooms one en-suite and the 2nd bathroom has a shower and bath. It has a modern white & black granite top kitchen counter and there is a fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer. In the lounge, you have a flat screen 52inch TV with DSTV. You have a spacious dining table between the lounge & the kitchen. Off the lounge, there is a very spacious patio with sea views and another outdoor dining table with a BBQ and views over the tropical garden and ocean.
