Private, romantic, self-catering cottages nestled at the foot of the majestic Langeberg mountains near Robertson. Less then 2 hours from Cape Town you can find peace and privacy. Each cottage is fully equipped and elegantly furnished with a private pool, wide verandahs, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and breathtaking views.

Tierhoek Farm, long with sister farm Spaarkloof Farm, is a working organic fruit farm. Here you will find apricots, peaches, lemons, quinces, mangos, clementines, satsumas and organic vegetables. There is also an abundance of wildlife from klipspringers and baboons, to porcupines and Jackal Buzzards and you may even hear the call of the leopard in the mountain.

Perfect getaway by

Remote and peaceful. Wonderful views of the valley and mountains. Quince cottage was very comfortable. A perfect place to relax and get away from the rest of the world. Highly recommended.

Paradise by

We had a fantastic romantic stay at Tierhoek. Beautiful place in the middle of paradise. We arrived with the sun shining and woke up with rain. Will return for a longer stay.

Peace and tranquility by

Pepper Tree cottage was great in every respect, we just missed a bit of sunshine - the pepper tree has grown to the extent that the house/patio/pool gets almost no sun (from April) - I'm sure a trim can sort that out!

Peace and quiet by

Wash line for wet towels. The cottage is very comfortable. It would be nice to have wi-fi connection, as Fig Tree House

A special retreat from the city by

We were looking for a place where we could clutch out from the city, spend some time together and God. As we entered the space we fell in love with it, all was thought about- from the notes and equipment of how to deal with the baboons to the candles and provided, it was well thought through. Of course the pool, outside shower, stoep and fire places were incredible. Thank you for making it special!

Tranquil by

Tranquillity, but the cottage is a bit shabby and I think overpriced.
