Tinkers Lakeside Lodge

Tinkers Lakeside Lodge is a magical, completely unique African-style refuge which blends with its stunning environment. It is a sculptural masterpiece with overwhelming attention to detail.

Tinkers Lakeside Lodge is a perfect place for a family or group get together with beautiful lake views, privacy and the whole villa is yours! It is close to the Kruger Park, restaurants and thrilling activities as well as the Panorama route (which includes Gods Window and The Three Rondavels).

The villa has six bedrooms en-suite, two of which are family suites (ie. two adjoining rooms with shared bathrooms). Sixteen guests can be accommodated.

We have a menu and our chef will cook for you throughout your stay. Pay the cost price of the groceries only (15% service fee). Meals, prepared by our chef can be enjoyed at the lodge around a large table. There are options to have braais on the boat or picnics packed to take on ones excursions.

Large pontoon boat with BBQ, water slide (free) (skippered by us). We can arrange game drives and activities. Tinkers Lakeside Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Panorama route which is renowned for its breathtaking scenery.

The splendour of the Blyde Canyon and numerous waterfalls, the history of the old mining towns and the lure of shops and restaurants in the picturesque towns, have resulted in the Panorama route being one of the most popular tourist zones.

We can organize private open vehicle game drives into the Kruger Park as well as excursions to an elephant sanctuary where one can touch the elephants, ziplining, canoeing and lots more. Only 30 minutes drive from the Kruger National Park, almost 2 million hectares of beautiful, unspoilt terrain, which is home to the world's largest diversity of wildlife in their natural environment.
