Tok Tokkie Trails is a leisurely, fully-catered and expertly guided two nights/three days walking safari in the incomparably beautiful NamibRand Nature Reserve.

On the Tok Tokkie Trail guests do not only enjoy pristine nature, but also the amenities of the trail. An expert nature guide accompanies small groups of two to eight guests who are required to only carry a day pack - our service team takes care of all the chores and transports guests' luggage.

After the day's walk through a picturesque landscape of vegetated dunes and gravel plains with a backdrop of mountain scenery, guests can enjoy a hot bucket shower with vista and take in the magnificent sunsets with a sundowner before the three-course dinner is served. Unforgettable nights are spent under the starry Namibian sky in the "room with an extra view". There are no rooms, rather guests sleep on comfortable stretcher beds under a billion stars.

NamibRand Nature Reserve is a model for private conservation and low-impact tourism. The reserve integrates a number of former livestock farms into one huge protected area where wildlife can once again roam free. Comprising more than 170,000 hectares, the biodiversity is astounding and includes endangered cheetah, lappet faced vulture, and many of the Namib's famous endemics such as the Dune Lark and Grants Golden Mole, just to name a few. With its diversity of pristine landscapes and awe-inspiring beauty it is a soulful destination for nature-loving travellers.
