We appreciate being able to be accommodated so late, as we would've been stranded in Bloemfontein, not having a car ourselves and also not familiar with the town layout. no comments by Lulekwa Adu-parko 25 February 2018 loved everything about the accommodation Bad start peaceful end by Thembakazi Dongo 08 October 2018 So I called and the ladies that work there opened for me and put in a room that looked absolutely nothing like the rooms on the advertisement. I queried with them and i was told to call the owner and so I did, the room did not look like it was actually prepared for a visitor to stay there, the duvet looked worn out and cupboards were old and besides all of this it looked nothing like the explanation or pictures on site, so none the less the owner came I explained to him and initially just asked to be moved to another room which he replied there are no other rooms and that is the room I paid for, so I asked for my money back and he said i was not going to get it and i must go into that allocated room so i stayed in his office and he called the security on me and that is when I called Safarinow, he eventually "managed" to find me another room from the fully booked ones, it was a decent clean room and after that my stay was peaceful!! Just based on the original room I was place in one start each but on the room i actually ended up using I am very happy with it. TULA@159 B&B LOCATION
