Poor experience by

We were booked in room 5 second floor right on the street, EXTREMELY noise(24/7)and totally unacceptable and hot. Friday night was fully booked thus not enough parking off street was available. Any car bigger than a golf will not fit properly in the parking bays. Saturday we requested a flat which was much more suitable. The staff are very UNFRIENDLY(English and Afrikaans are limited). This is a B&B but one need to pay extra for breakfast which was also not mentioned. Will not stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank You! The room was clean and comfortable but very hot and there were 4 beds and towels for four, but only 3 of all the rest, we booked and paid for four. Only soap and shampoo for one in the bathroom. A hairdryer would have been nice! Thx
