This unit is well equipped and neat and clean. It has a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living. Inside you will find a open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, first with shower, toilet and basin, second with bath, toilet and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit is situated across the road from the beach. It is an easy walk to the main beach. The complex is wall and gated and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has garage and 1 open parking. Service providers look after the pool and garden, the unit is not serviced, book a maid with the local cleaning agencies.
