T16 Selborne Golf Estate is a fully furnished self-catering house, located on the Selborne Golf Estate. The Estate boasts an 18-hole golf course, a spa, tennis courts, and swimming pools, as well as a private beach club with a separate pool and bar, and access onto Pennington Beach.

The house can accommodate up to six guests, and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and an open-plan dining room and lounge. The first bedroom contains two single beds. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. Each room has an en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, and a microwave. The house has a washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a washing line. The dining area contains a six-seater dining table and chairs.

Outside, the house has a covered, furnished verandah with a built-in braai and Jacuzzi.
