Unit 4 @ Springvale Complex, Zinkwazi

This unit is well equipped, neat and clean. It has a spacious, covered veranda for outdoor living. Inside you will find a open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen comprises two fridge/ freezers, hob, eye level oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities include a Webber and built-in charcoal braai. The pool is fenced and gated. DStv is supplied and laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.

This unit sleeps 10 in four bedrooms, serviced by three bedrooms. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have large build in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: Bedroom 1 is down stairs and has a queen size bed, the down stairs bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are upstairs with 1 queen, 1 double and 2 bunk beds. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, first with a shower, toilet and basin, second with bath, toilet and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool.

The unit is situated across the road from the beach. It is an easy walk to the main beach. The complex is wall and gated and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Each unit has garage and 1 open parking. Service providers look after the pool and garden, but the unit is not serviced, book a maid with the local cleaning agencies.
