Need improvement with respect to heigene and security, in some of the room AC is not working, there are no key for the outside toilets, also there are outside door from bedroom which are open , easily anyone can enter inside the room.

The one lady frm staff was friendly.
We did not like the fact thT while we were still preparing ourselves, the other staff lady came to our room nd asked for towels, while we still bathing at 8:00. Why dont you wait till we leave the room nd then come n take your towels?
Not all the rooms were neat.
BreakfSt was well prepared, nd we all enjoyed it.
The guy who welcomed us was very friendly, very helpful. Thnx for your warm welcome.



this place is bad wouldn't recommend it to any1 espicially for family. Me & my family were treated bad & humilieted in front of our children

1. it's not sutable for family

2. it's not warm welcoming staff need training on customer service

3. it's owner doesn't care - they told us to go complain to Safari

4. it's house keeping need to be trained to change cups, glasses, towels & linen everyday
