Welcome to Villa Nicholi.

Villa Nicholi is the perfect holiday spot for a family or group of friends. Nestled in a quiet crescent, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, wake up to the smell of the ocean and the beautiful sounds of the African Fish Eagles in this character filled, spacious home!
It is +-7 minutes from the beach (Long Beach), where you can swim, walk the dogs, surf or simply watch the sunset with a picnic basket and glass of wine in hand.

The space:
Our home is very spacious inside, focused on a large and sociable open-plan living/kitchen and dining area that is ideal for family dinners, braais and entertaining! Guests will have access to a braai in the back garden, which is fantastic on those beautiful Cape Town Summer days and evenings!
There is the full DSTV (cable) Explorer package on both televisions in the house.

Guest access:
The house is alarmed and fenced all around and a remote-controlled gate allows secure parking for two vehicles. Further parking space is available on the wide verge. There is a garden in the front and back of the house. The entire house is available except for a 4th bedroom/office, which will be locked and will store our personal belongings.
