Villa Kasha

Set in the pristine natural landscape of Xai-Xai's rolling coastal dunes surrounded by year-round tropical forest. This self-catering family holiday lodge is your perfect getaway to re-charge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of the city.The house has four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the mezzanine. The ground floor bedrooms each have a double bed, with en-suite showers and hand basins. Large French windows allow guests uninterrupted views of the surrounding evergreen vegetation and the Indian Ocean.Mosquito nets are provided. Bedroom three on the upper floor has a double bed, while bedroom four has two single beds. In all, the house comfortably accommodates up to eight adults. Bedding and towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The bathrooms are identical, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. Each has a large bathtub and toilet, with shower, hand basin, towel rack and vanity cupboard.The kitchen, dining and living room are open-plan, fronted by three sliding doors leading onto the large open deck, offering unlimited views of the ocean. The kitchen has all the household amenities, including cutlery, pots, plates, a gas cooker, and a gas fridge/freezer. The dining/living room has a large mahogany dining table and chairs and handcrafted chairs for relaxing.DSTV is also available and guests are encouraged to bring their own smart card. There is also a braai area in the garden. During your stay, Paulo is available for all your laundry and washing needs.Guests should however be aware that access to Villa Kasha, is limited to four-wheel drive vehicles for a portion of the road leading to the property. Without a four wheel drive vehicle you are sure to get stuck in the sand. Villa Kasha will not accept your booking without assurance that you are travelling using the required type of vehicle.
