Villa Mermaid

Villa Mermaid is a luxury self-catering villa located in Podstrana in the Split Riviera. Modern luxuries, a spacious living area and breath taking views make this the ideal destination for a family or group of nine. The large city of Split is only 15 km away.

The spacious and modern villa has two levels. Each level has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A kitchen, dining area and lounge. The ground floor has a gymnasium with satellite TV, DVD player and a bathroom. This level also has an entertainment area. The entertainment area features a billiard table, dart board and satellite TV. One of the rooms on the ground level can accommodate a disabled person in a wheel chair. Each level has a utility room with laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

The outdoor area has a swimming pool and large terrace with sunbathers and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool has a jet for anti-current swimming and an entrance with rails to help disabled people. The house also features table tennis, outdoor fireplace and four parking bays.
