Villa Regina

Villa Regina is a luxurious house consisting of three levels with five bedrooms, a large living area and a wellness facility. The house is fully equipped for self-catering and can easily sleep 10 people. Located in the historical core of Hvar the house is only 20 meters from the ocean and main town promenade.

The ground floor of the house houses the main living room, two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The balcony door leads to an interior courtyard with Mediterranean vegetation and garden furniture. The first level has a hallway with three double rooms each with its own bathroom. This level also has an indoor heated swimming pool with movable walls transforming the pool into an outdoor pool connected to the garden.

The lowest level of the house is a wellness area. This area features a sauna, whirlpool, relaxation room and a massage room. This level also has a wine cellar.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, wireless internet and a home cinema with a DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine and a washing machine.
