I thoroughly enjoyed my stay Villa Verdi and will recommend it to my colleagues and friends who will travel to Windhoek. The location was convenient, I felt safe and secure at all times, and the staff were consistently attentive and helpful. I appreciated the extra efforts the staff made to announce visitors and ensure that I received faxes and messages left at the front desk. The meals were enjoyable and diverse, and the grounds were neat and provided a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. In short, it was a pleasure to stay at Villa Verdi and I will definitely be back!

Staff generally very friendly, caring and helpful. Allowed us to check in at 1100 as our flight had arrived early and the room was already available. Room as expected, although the cot requested for our 2 year old child was actually a small size bed. Some street noise but nothing excessive. On day of departure from Namibia we were allowed to stay as day guests and use the pool and towels. Although there are 13 or so rooms, there are only 5 chairs at the pool. Location is quite good, 10 minutes from a large shopping complex and 15 minutes from town centre.

When checking in the receptionist had a very bad attitude. We where then shown to our rooms with the only working aircon, this made a noise all night with no sleep for us. the state of the room was very outdated and smelt musty. The breakfast was nothing to write home about and in general I would not recommend this place to anybody.
