Vincentia Odd Cottage

A self-catering unit situated in the suburb Vincent in East London, which can comfortably accommodate a family of four, an extra bed can be provided to accommodate an extra child only.

Vincentia Odd Cottage is not attached to the main residence. The unit consists of a kitchen with the basics, including a microwave, a two plate gas hob (no oven) as well as a fridge. The lounge area is fitted with a TV with DStv channels. Guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with table and chairs as well as secure on site parking for one car in our driveway. We are waiting for final approval from Municipality to allow second vehicle access for cottage. Unfortunately until this has been granted you will need to walk a short distance across the lawn/garden/pathway to get to the cottage.
Please note that we do have friendly dogs on the premises that will bark when you arrive and leave. The bedroom window overlooks our splash pool and sundeck where our dogs sleep and play. The neighbourhood does have dogs that bark at different times of the day/night which I am unable to control including the 5-6am joggers /walkers/runners that by pass. There is also a temporary fence between the cottage and pool area to ensure that the dogs do not wonder into the cottage.

Please No late night parties or playing loud music for consideration to our other guest and family members.

Please ensure that the correct number of guests are indicate for quote or payment thereof as we will not allow any additional guest into Cottage.
