Wakene Tented Camp is situated in along the stunning Mozambique coast line.

The tented safari-style camp accommodates a maximum of 12 persons in luxury tents. Each tent sleeps four persons with all linen and bath towels included, fans, as well as decked verandas with seating to enjoy the magnificent view over the forest canopy onto the sea. The camp is raised on a wooden deck with interconnected walkways and there is an enclosed kitchen and dining area leading onto an open deck with sliding glass doors, a separate scullery and one and a half bathrooms with an additional open air shower. The fully serviced Luxury Camp with ample facilities offers the ideal break away for group holidays.

Attractions in and around the area include snorkelling, swimming and dolphin tours.

what a beautiful place you not only get 1 tent you get the entire site consisting of 3 tents and many beds lol it was just 4 of us so we were spoilt for choice. more than anything the place is spacious and has a lovely kitchen well equiped with everything oh and the view is breathtaking... i love the place and cant wait for my next visit there

Hi giys , we really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location . However, my only complaint is that the tent leaks. We did arrive in extreme rain though. Fortunately we were able to upgrade to the Villa, which was great despite some leaks too. We would go back :)
