Wandersheim is situated in the mountains between Wakkerstroom and Paulpietersburg in a small German community called Lüneburg. The three self-catering cottages are spacious and luxurious and its surrounding area is filled with fauna and flora.
Somis Den and Landas Hut cottages can accommodate up to six guests each and the layout is the same. There are two bedrooms on the ground level and the third bedroom is a loft room. There is a bathroom, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and an outside lapa with a braai.
Vugutu Hights is the third self-catering cottage and has five luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies. Up to ten guests can stay in this cottage and it has a fully equipped kitchen and outside lapa with braai facilities.
There are various activities at Wandersheim. These include a rock pool for swimming, fishing at the Ntombe river, nature walks and visiting the on-site bottling plant. There are also some historical sites in the area such as the local German butchery in Lüneburg. Guests can stroll through Wakkerstroom's arts and crafts shops and visit the Natal Spa.
