This newly renovated luxury apartment is located in the heart of Cape Town, at the V&A Waterfront, overlooking the spectacular canal. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor, right above our Juliette 307 apartment. Should you be travelling in a group, it would be perfect to rent these two apartments, as it gives you just the right amount of space, and yet is situated close enough for those early evening sundowners with friends.

The modern apartment comprises one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The bedroom features a queen sized extra-length bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The lounge television has a BluRay DVD player and the sofa can be equipped with a mattress and extra bedding for a young child. The lounge and bedroom, lead onto a spacious balcony that boasts lovely canal water views - the ideal place to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Both the bedroom and the lounge have a television and the apartment has a guesthouse DSTV satellite package. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with all the modern appliances including a washer, a dryer & a dishwasher.
