Melkbosstrand is a coastal town located on the West Coast, north of Big Bay and Bloubergstrand, just 25 km from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport. Watersedge 3 is a luxury self-catering apartment sleeping up to six guests, and is ideally located for surfing, diving, sea kayaking, and off-shore fishing.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is situated on the ground floor, right on the beach, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Nature Reserve. Guests have direct access onto the beach from the apartment, and features include secure parking, a swimming pool and a private barbecue. All linen is supplied and a cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Really a stunning place. Even with bad weather, the view was still amazing. We really did not want to leave. Will be staying there sometime in the not too distant future.



The apartment is comfortable and clean. Very nice view from the stoep. The owner was very accomodating and friendly. Will definitely stay there again should we be in the area.

Great stay, hosts are friendly and assisted with mattress for baby. Great view , right on the beach and awesome view of Table Mountain and Cape Town.

We had an AMAZING time at Watersedge 3. The photos do not do the flat any justice. It is extremely neat, safe, very modern and feels like a home away from home. The view is to die for, the patio is great to have a braai every night. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Bed is comfortable. Owner is also very friendly. We will definitely be back.
