Directly on the beachfront, Wavesong Nature's Valley is a modern, spacious two storey home with 360-degree ocean and mountain views, six luxurious bedroom suites, a large children's den and a lift for disabled access; the ideal retreat for extended family or friends. On arrival, walking or wheeling out onto the upper level, our guess is the first thing you'll notice is the sweeping ocean view. Once you've got used to that, you'll find yourself in a magnificent, high-ceilinged, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Ideal for relaxing together and entertaining others.The kitchen has a large centre island and is fully equipped, including a gas hob, double-oven, double-door fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, dish-washing machine, microwave, and everything else you'd expect. The comfortable lounge even has a large wood fire place for winter evenings. Through a set of glass folding doors is the covered verandah, with an outdoor table setting, deck chairs, card table, and barbecue/braai. And beyond that, the large curved deck. The spacious master bedroom is on this level, with a stunning ocean view, private balcony, large cupboard space, and a gorgeous bathroom with a large bath to soak in and shower with its own ocean views. Also on this level is a study or office, if you want some privacy or just to read a book, as well as another double bedroom, and guest toilet. The lower level has a second large lounge area; opening off this the other bedrooms. The four individually-decorated king or queen bedrooms are designed to ensure privacy, are fully en-suite, and most have their own decks looking out onto the indigenous vegetation or ocean. Children are guaranteed to have a great time with siblings, cousins and friends in the double-volume children's den, sleeping up to 10 children in single beds, with two en-suite bathrooms. Wavesong also has a fully-equipped laundry, additional fridge/freezer space, an outside shower, and parking for three vehicles in the garage plus two more on the premises.We regret no pets allowed.
