White Cottage is in Robertson, in the middle of the valley of wine, roses and horses (or mountain bikes, if you're not horsey!) We are on the famous Route 62 wine route, only an hour and a half from Cape Town.White Cottage is a comfortable bed-sitter that can sleep up to four guests in a large communal sleeping and living area. There is an extra-length queen-size bed with an electric blanket and two wide single beds that may be configured as bunks if you have children and need more space. Wi-Fi is also available.There are electric heaters, hot water bottles and plenty of blankets for winter. For summer there are ceiling fans inside and a leafy outside braai area with extra small Weber if necessary. The kitchenette is well-equipped with bar fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, coffee plunger and crockery and utensils for preparing light meals. Complementary tea and coffee are provided. A private entrance and secure automated parking for your vehicle means that you can come and go as you wish whilst you are our guests. Apart from more than 40 wineries in the vicinity, the Robertson area offers many attractions and activities such as golf at Silwerstrand, catered licensed river cruises at Viljoensdrift and Nerina, Horse riding at Burcon Horse Trails, skydiving at weekends.For Biking enthusiasts, your host is a keen MTB'er and roadie and can recommend many routes through vineyards or up mountains in the valley.
