Immerse yourself in the culture and tradition of the Wild Coast. Be understanding and tolerant when day to day life here differs from what you know and understand as the norm in your home, your city and your beliefs. Do this and you are in for the adventure of a lifetime; you are witnessing a passing of an era.
The huts are spotlessly clean and spacious and have an average plenty of space (Approximately 8m in diameter). Each has: *Electric lights and a 220V plug point (Please bring your own adaptors) A backup solar light and/or torch (But it's always a good idea to pack in your headlamp).
*A washbasin; Your magic mamma will provide you with a modest amount of hot water; once in the evening, once in the evening. *Laundry service; Your magic mamma will gladly wash your clothing by hand, hang it up to sun-dry, fold neatly and place it on your bed. Please offer a fair price, and think with your heart.
The Wild Coast has a comparatively high average rainfall, with the coastal belt receiving over 1000mm per annum. Spring rains generally appear in October, with July to September being the coolest and driest months of the year; and December to February being the hottest and wettest.
