Wild Wood Family Home

This is our comfortable family home to rent during holiday periods, set in a lush wooded garden with pool and mountain views in the heart of lovely Hout Bay. The decor varies from rustic and colourful to modern and cool in the main bedroom. We will leave our books on the shelves to be enjoyed by guests. The warm wooden floors and finishes give it a cottage/ farmhouse feel. It has all the necessary mod cons. It comfortably sleeps 7 people. It is a children's play haven with trees to climb, a play area with sandpit, trampoline and wendy house and the pool has a slide. An outside braai (barbecue) area and outside seating with a lovely view over the garden and mountains. It's 5 mins drive to the beach and the village shops .A cottage, housing a permanent tenant (and his friendly dog) is located on the property. It is a shared gateway but separate parking areas.
