Woodlands Lodge and Tours is located in a quiet residential area just outside Livingstone's city centre. The lodge offers a range of well-equipped rooms and guests can select the room most suited to their needs.

There are executive and standard double and twin rooms. These rooms are en-suite and air-conditioned and guests can enjoy features such as televisions with DStv connections, Wi-Fi Internet access, and bar fridges. The swimming pool is available to all and is the ideal place to lounge and unwind. There are parking bays on the premises.

A lifetime experience in Livingstone with our family by

We live in Zambia, and looked forward to spending 4 nights in Livingstone in this lodge, spent with our grown up children visiting from the UK. We stayed at Woodlands Lodge first in February 2017, and were treated very well by a great staff, and with good accommodation close to the town. How much things change with a short period of time! Two of the three rooms were appalling; with our daughter spent the first night killing more than 18 cockroaches in her room, which was in a poor state of repair. A change of room the next night drastically improved their experience. However, ours was a box room close to the reception area; dingy, with no storage or tea making facilities, and very noisy very early in the morning. TV channels in the rooms were arbitrarily switched, presumably from the reception. Breakfasts were disorganised, taking long in preparation, and with many ingredients missing each day. The whole place is substantially lacking in customer care and service. Talking with other customers with similar previous and present experiences, and with staff, it appears that the owner is mostly absent. Staff are inexperienced, and have replaced those who have left in previous 'confusions'. Whilst the price is reasonable, I would strongly recommend you avoid staying here until it is reported that the problems are rectified.
