Xaviera Guest House is located in Garsfontein in Pretoria. It is ideal for family getaways, leisure breakaways as well as for the corporate traveller.

There are seven rooms in this guest house. Breakfast is NOT included in the rate and the rooms are fitted with kitchenettes. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, televisions with DStv connections, Wi-Fi Internet access and fans. The kitchenettes come with fridges, microwaves and standard kitchen utensils. Guests can relax in the lapa area or cool down in the swimming pool.

The guest house is three kilometres away from a shopping centre and here guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to dining and entertainment options. The Woodhill Golf Estate has an 18-hole golf course and guests who are up for a challenge are welcome to give it a go.

We had a very pleasant, brief stay at Xaviera Guest House. Service was friendly, facilities clean and comfortable. We booked a family room, but Annatjie kindly offered our 13 year old son a room of his own - much appreciated.
