This home has beautiful sea and lagoon views. There is a furnished deck, perched on the edge of the property for even better views. It is a fully equipped, well established family holiday home. There is a large, mostly flat garden for kids to run around, and a large veranda facing the pool.

The house also offers: A braai area with charcoal braai and seating off the kitchen. Uncapped Wi-Fi, Streaming DSTV, Pool, (no net), two full time staff members. The property is fully fenced and gate and secured by security beams and alarm which is monitored by armed response.

Inside the house you will find a lounge, TV lounge, bar, dining room, dinner nook, kitchen and scullery. Kitchen: fully equipped with two fridge/freezers, chest freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas hob and eye level electric oven.

Upstairs is private and for owners use only and regrettably there are no garages available, however there is ample parking on the property.

The house sleeps 12: The house has three bedrooms, a dormitory with entrance on side of the house and three bathrooms. House offers three bedrooms: first Bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite with bath, basin, toilet and shower over bath. second Bedroom has one Queen bed. Bedroom one & two open onto a covered veranda with sea views and have ceiling fans. Third Bedroom has two single beds. Bedroom two & three share a full bathroom. All linen, bath & beach towels are provided. The dormitory has three bunk beds and its own bathroom which has a double shower, toilet and basin. It is suitable for teenagers only and has AC. Separate guest loo in house.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Maid levy, two Staff @ R220 each per night. Breakage deposit: 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2500, refundable if there are no breakages.

PEAK SEASON: Minimum stay requirement: Dec to Jan.

Should you wish to include Christmas and New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirement are 14 nights.
Should you wish to ONLY include Christmas in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights, these 10 nights may not end later that the 27thor 28th of Dec.
Should you wish to ONLY include New Year in your booking, the minimum stay requirements are 10 nights and may not start earlier than the 27thor 28th of Dec.
Lesser stays before and after this period (a minimum of 5 ? 7 nights) may be considered once the owner has their primary booking in place and secured.
